If equipment is purchased for applications outside of the usage specified at the time of quotation, Perfect Colour Technologies cannot be held responsible for performance limitations or suitability for that purpose.

The installation site is accessible
Adequate space is available for the equipment
Required electrical connections are available
A responsible operator is present during installation and training
Perfect Colour Technologies will provide basic operational training during installation.
Colour printing systems should only be operated using approved inks and consumables supplied or recommended by Perfect Colour Technologies.
The use of third-party inks or incompatible consumables may:
cause printhead damage
affect print quality
disrupt ink circulation systems
void the warranty
Printheads are considered precision consumable components and typically carry no warranty, except in cases of confirmed out-of-box manufacturing defects identified during installation.
Regular cleaning and maintenance procedures must be followed to ensure reliable operation.
Equipment should not be moved after installation without consulting Perfect Colour Technologies, as this may affect alignment and ink system performance.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, equipment supplied by Perfect Colour Technologies carries a 12-month warranty against factory defects from the date of installation.
This warranty applies only to defects in manufacturing and does not cover:
normal wear and tear
consumable components
printheads
damage caused by incorrect operation
damage caused by environmental conditions
damage caused by third-party inks or consumables
Warranty may be void if:
the machine has been modified
repairs are performed by unauthorised persons
recommended maintenance procedures are not followed
non-approved inks or materials are used
Perfect Colour Technologies provides support for software supplied with the equipment at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for support relating to:
third-party software installed by the user
operating system issues
network configuration or infrastructure
design software unrelated to the supplied printing system
Software licences, dongles, and activation keys remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Additional charges may apply in situations including but not limited to:
relocation of equipment to a new premises
additional operator training beyond the initial installation
cleaning or repairs required due to poor maintenance
issues caused by incorrect software settings or incompatible files
Service call-outs are scheduled according to technician availability once payment for the call-out has been received.
Damage caused by the following is not covered under warranty:
power surges
lightning
unstable electrical supply
load shedding without adequate protection
Customers are strongly advised to install surge protection, voltage stabilisers, or UPS systems where necessary.
Ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser once equipment leaves the premises of Perfect Colour Technologies or is handed to a courier or transport provider.
Delivery timelines may vary due to shipping schedules, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders cancelled after confirmation may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Special-order equipment or items imported specifically for a client may be subject to cancellation fees of up to 30%.
All cancellations and returns are subject to approval by Perfect Colour Technologies.
Perfect Colour Technologies maintains a professional working environment and will not tolerate abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour toward staff.
The company reserves the right to suspend or withdraw services in cases where staff safety or wellbeing is compromised.
Any disputes arising from the purchase, installation, or use of equipment supplied by Perfect Colour Technologies shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Randburg Magistrates Court, South Africa.
